Stadia Controller and CCU in Poland

Why Google does not offer Stadia Controller (nor the CCU) here in Poland? When it will be offered?

Is Google treating Poland as some kind of inferior country?

At least you could show some kind of roadmap...

I hate to see Stadia doing things haphazardly rather than accordingly. I mean, if Stadia is offered in a country, but it's very own controller is not provided as well, then the only viable option that remains would be to use Stadia on pc, with keyboard and mouse. Which is limiting.
