Stadia Arrived but no access code.

Sat here unable to set up or play on equipment that has already arrived.

Do we have a best guess at the length of time before receiving a code to use this currently useless piece of plastic ?

Same. 

 

If you took my money and sent me the device, I expect to be able to play. I do not think this is an unreasonable expectation.

Yeah the launch went definetely not that good with the codes. :face_with_rolling_eyes:

The only thing you can do now is either wait for the code to arrive (atm they are sending out July-order ones) or contact Stadia Support to insist for a code.

Contacting support is a challenge atm - phone and chat are both disabled.

Yeah unfortunately, not only because of the launch anyway but also because of all those, who wants to get their code.

If you speak another language though, you could also try to reach the support in another language. Just set the helpcenter to the language and try again.

Wish you the best though! Maybe you're lucky though to get your code just by waiting! :hugging_face:

Had my Stadia over 24 hours.

I don't really think there was an issue in sending invite codes. I believe Invite Codes in the issue.

A length of time as you mentioned should be released - Its basic customer service to give an estimated timeline. Just saying ' Hang Tight ' on social media is terrible customer service.
