Hello community! I am here because I figure that Stadia have a game that I like called Octopath Traveler. I could just buy one from Steam like a normal person, but I am on Mac. So I figur that I could buy the game and play the game here. So, can I cancel the premium subscription and still be able to buy the game and play it?
Yes, you don't need any subscription to buy a game on Stadia! just signup (use the free Pro trial if you want) and buy the game! the important things to remember is that you have to buy the game on Stadia to be able to play on the platform, if you buy the game on Steam you won't be able to use your steam game on Stadia (the same is on the opposite, you can't install a game buyed on Stadia).
Remember that if you purchase the game and you don't like it you have 15 days to be refunded (max 2 hours of gameplay!)
