Hello, I'm new to Stadia. I'm looking at Sniper Elite 4 & was wondering if its worth buying since its relatively expensive? Would really value your opinion on what you think is good, bad or indifferent about it?
Also, how many hours will game last approx on normal setting if you slowly explore all of the map, do sides missions etc.
Thanks for your time, take care
Hello @PreyingMantisX,
I really like the game but mostly for the single player experience. Sometimes I am play the coop missions, but this is only possible if you know some one who also owns the game.
But please note that Stadia has pretty good refund policy. You can try again the game.
You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if there is less than 2 hours of play time across all accounts (family and personal). Games may only be returned one time, so if you return a purchased game for a refund and subsequently re-purchase it, you will not be entitled to a refund. This refund is only available for purchased games, and not for add-on content or services.

Thanks @RXShorty this is really useful information, didn't know about the refund policy which is an added bonus ![]()
I'm currently playing it.
I don't know how much it is now, I picked up from PRO. The game is really good and fun. If you like spend lot of time sneaking enemies in a place with your binoculars, search good positions and shooting from far distance, you'll like the game.
I'm in the third (I think it have ten missions) mission (not finished yet), and 35 hours of play
. So, the game is long enough, unless you play it as a non sniper
. Campaign is ten missions, so you'll have a lot of fun.
Maps are not huge, but enough big to be interesting. And it bring you many ways to finish the missions.
If it is not too much expensive for you, it is a good buy.
Hi @Fenixian thanks for the reall detailed advice. Its the kind of info which helps make your mind up so I really appreciate it! Now I will definitely pick up, I love the look of this game. Thanks again for for all your help, take care!
I really, really like it. Lots of replay value of you're a high-score / achievements kinda player.
If also recommend Zombie Army 4 to look in to - same engine & mechanics (and main cast), but obviously the gameplay is a little noisier...
Thanks @Grovelhog thats really helpful, always like a game that you can replay at a harder level etc. Thanks also for Zombie Army heads up. It reminds me a little of Wolfenstein, so I will check out. Lighting seems v dark, which is norm for zombie games which puts me off a little
take care & thanks again
I also claimed this game when it was free for Pro subscribers, and I'm really enjoying it. The best way I can succinctly describe it is that it is like a WWII version of Assassin's Creed, focusing on sniper rifles, but with silent melee and pistol takedowns. Other major differences are that it is a bunch of big maps with specific objectives instead of a big open world, and it doesn't have the free climbing and running mechanics of Assassin's Creed. But it's got the same gameplay loop of sneaking around, killing enemies from hidden, trying to get to certain objectives.
Thanks @frazazel that really puts me in the picture. I'm getting a sense this is a great game. I love WW2 strategy v. pointless explosions type game, so Sniper Elite 4 sounds perfect. Pity about the price tag though
all the best
