Simple question to devs or staff

If I were to stream on max settings but only have an HD TV does Chromecast know and streams at 1080p saving data or does it still transmit the 4k resolution using way more?

You are talking about supersampling and right now it’s not supported on Stadia. Might be a thing coming later but it’s not implemented at the moment.
