Rock of Ages 3 was not even tested on PC keyboard / mouse on Stadia

Serious facepalm here... 

So many bugs playing the TUTORIAL of the game on Stadia.
Im sure the low pop means low PC users, but this is a bit ridiculous to see.

1. The controls for the keyboard for rotate building are not bound to anything by default, So doing the tutorial will require a complete exit once you get to this part. But most likely it will be two complete exits, because you are not yet understanding the game yet.

2. The mouse breaks off in the create mode process, due to some bug with how the game controls things, forcing you do exit out of the game into Stadias interface.. And hopefully when re-entering it will re-initialize your mouse or the game is over as you are stuck in a build mode and wont be able to exit. Super bad for me, since hitting ESCAPE for 10 seconds freezes up my computer.

3. To sell a item you misplaced or want to remove, you have to to hold your mouse over it and hit b. Unfortunately B is hardcoded to controller B button I guess, but in PC keyboard its the same button as BACK, which opens up the games menu and therefore you can not SELL items... 

from here I just quit as it was very obvious no one even booted this up... If new gamers come in and experience this... This platform is doomed. This again is very FACEPALM material.

Here I played the tutorial,

The keyboard rotate feature I figured out was missing at around 19 minutes in...
Mouse Bug discovered at around 23.5 minute mark. Probably experienced it few times prior...
25 minute mark is when I experienced the can't sell bug, and was so frustrated I ended up cancelling the stream.

I've played this cool game today as well and I can't confirm everything what you are complaining about.

1. The controls for the keyboard on a Windows-PC (for me) are bound to default to Q and E. So you can easily rotate the mines with those two keys. I don't know why yours were unbound (as I can see in your stream). Maybe it's worth to restart the game or check if your Chrome version updated?

2. The problem you described here I was unable to reproduce. For me the mouse worked fine so far.

3. True, selling an item is not possible at the moment with the default "B" because indeed it always bring up the menu again. What you can do though is at the beginning of the game under "options" to select a second key for selling items. If you hold this instead of pressing the default "B", you are able to sell items with the keyboard.

The developers need to adjust the game here a bit it seems indeed. But apart from the selling part in the tutorial the first missions so far have been a very fun experience for me.
