Rise of the Tomb Raider achievement permanently locked. Manual unlock possible?

I have an issue with achievements unlocking in Rise of the Tomb Raider.

Specifically, the achievement for collecting 150 cards has not unlocked or even tracked at all even though I have the achievement for 300 cards. The issue here is that since I can't fully delete my save data on Stadia, I will now never be able to unlock this achievement without assistance. It's not just a matter of playing another save file since the card collection mechanic is at the account level, not just the save file.

Can any of the Stadia team take a look at my profile, verify that I should have the 150 cards achievement (since I DO have the 300 card achievement) and manually unlock it?

After downloading my data from Google Takeout, it appears it is possible to manipulate the achievement data if necessary. Please, someone from the Stadia team help

You will want to contact support directly on social media. They may be able to help.

I've talked to support and they've told me to check with Square Enix, who has told me that the achievement system and unlocks and save files are all on Stadia, so it appears I am at a standstill.

I need someone at Stadia to manually unlock an achievement. I'll keep checking in and asking about it until it gets fixed. For achievement hunters this absolutely sucks.
