i received the refund on google play credit but i am not going to use any app or suscriptions therefore this credit is useless. I want to get refunded on my credit card as i was forced to use credit as i wanted to use my google rewards credits but it was a special sale you didn't accept to pay partially with credit and the other part with a credit card, therefore i only was able to pay in fulll with google play credit
I can see also a lot of people stuck with the same situation but even with a lot or more money. I can believe that google can't sort this out. Even you can't use the credit to buy on the store. That's non sense

I have to believe anything is possible...it's the only way for many of us to handle this issue. Having your purchases "deleted" and your money made unavailable in many senses is unacceptable. Google is a wonderful company, I believe they will step up in the near future right their wrongs!
Then what we can do with the credits? i don't use android apps, i don't pay suscriptions, therefore is useless the refund and not fair at all. I was forces to buy credit to add in order to use google rewards for the payment. I can't believe that google can't sort this out.
I am having the same issue....I purchased Google Play credits to buy Stadia games and Add-ons. I would have never purchased Play credits for use in the Play store: the purchase was specifically for Stadia use. I too am now out a good bit of money, nearly $100 because of this. I believe if we remain persistent on the matter that we will be taken care of as we should be. Don't give up! I sincerely believe that Google will eventually hear us and take steps to correct the issue that they have created! I, like yourself, have no interest in paid apps, subscriptions, books, ect...I'd simply like to have my money back in order to repurchase the Stadia games and Add-ons that are now lost. Stick with me, keep pushing, eventually we will succeed! Good luck with this issue (to both of us haha!!),
