I bought Cyberpunk before finding out they no longer had stock left for the premier edition bundle and was on their FB contact support to figure it out. Decided to play risk of rain 2 while i waited for them to respond. Two hours later no reply but found out i lost the ability to refund Cyberpunk.
Why would playing a game other than the purchased count towards playtime to refund a game this is entirely stupid especially since it was to wait for their own support to respond to me.
Does anyone know a way for me to get an actual representative to talk to and get me back a refund. I've had it talking to bots and prerecorded messages.
I hope not, i purchased that game even though i have no interest in it for the premiere edition bundle. If there are no more stocks, ill be wanting a refund
I am currently waiting for the refund to be accepted by a customer service employee, I tried as well with the refund request in stadia and play store but it didn't work. By the way I didn't even played with other games so I can tell you that that's not the problem.
I think that the problem is that play store see cyberpunk as something different than the usual game so the refund policy automations are not suitable for it and maybe you need a customer service employee. Try to send a direct message on Facebook to stadia, I am currently waiting someone to reply my email.
I tried to get a live agent to talk to for 7 hours now and have only gotten bots messaging me and closed my life session at 4 am. Livid with their support services
Same here, have been waiting on chat for about 3 hours and i just closed the window. Will contact them tomorrow when things are less busy. I'm not playing with stadia and this bundle at all. If they have no stock they should say so rather than letting people sign up with false advertising. They need to remove the "free stadia" edition in the text of the game
