Read Dead Redemption 2 1440p 30 FPS

Hi. My initial goal when buying Stadia was to not have to pay 1500 euros to update my 5 year old gaming PC. I replaced the graphics card by a geforce 980 Ti, so I can still play the recent games @ 1440p and close to 60 FPS with carefully tweaking medium/high settings. I was planning to buy Read Dead Redemption 2 on Stadia, because I loved it on PS4 and wanted to benefit from the better graphics, resolution, and mouse aiming. I was very disappointed to learn that RDR2 only runs at 30 FPS at 1440p! So I bought the game on the Rockstar store instead, and by tweaking the settings, I can reach 50 FPS @ 1440 FPS constantly. It's a selection of settings going from medium to ultra, and the game still looks gorgeous and better than on consoles. I don't understand how Google Stadia, with its 10 tera flops of GPU power (equivalent to a geforce 2080), can't play that game at 1440p 60 FPS. We're far from the promised 4K 60FPS. It's a shame that I get a better experience on my 5 year old PC with a 980 Ti than on the shiny new Stadia... Will something be done to push the developers to make full use of the power of the platform?
