Been using stadia nearly a couple of months and audio through 3.5mm Jack has always been off and missing sound leading to a frustrating experience, yesterday I put it in DMZ all audio issues gone and the input lag while minimal was always there now it's even more minimal too it's like twice as responsive.
I guess virgin hub 3.0 has some port issues with stadia and DMZ helped massively would definitely say to everyone give it a try and share what happened.
Update/ my bad audio was happening with 6 devices connected to router bumped it up to 11 and using heavy data running game at 1080p and all is still well, can't believe played like that for so long.
As there was very little input lag before, it is very hard to tell. But the controller new FEELS more responsive. Almost like... hard to describe... as if I was using a stationary console and a bluetooth-controller, like the PS4's (which responds slower than an XBOX).
Thanks for the tip and Kudo well earned ![]()

Yeah I thought this was just drawbacks streaming but no it was problem my end hard to believe I played like that for ages and can now use headset it was way too irritating before, also minute moved joystick on destiny it was instantly saying wow this is so much more responsive.
It cannot be the best option to put any device into a DMZ.
Does it help if you forward the TCP/UDP-ports for both your chromecast and your controller? It's 44700-44899.
My Chromecast works good it is ethernet high speed just controller that suffers putting the controller on DMZ is absolutely fine and worked wonders.
Will try that, too, and reply again.
Unfortunately when using a FritzBox you can only put 1 device into a DMZ... but I have two controllers ;(
Oh that would suck I can only do one DMZ as well, try your port thing I find it too much hassle remember too well going to a website maybe portforward.com and following instructions before being told throw it on DMZ, in an instant no more moderate or strict NAT in games.

Although I agree opening correct ports would probably work too DMZ is a lot easier to do and after using it on consoles for 15 years nothing has ever went wrong but you always get scared people.
