Can you or your friend give us some more details on the issue?
- Does an error message appear when he tries to purchase games? If so, which one?
- Did your friend try in a browser and also on a mobile device (and/or another device) to see if it's a browser/app or device issue?
- Does your friend have another payment method they could use to try? Maybe the current payment method has an issue.
