there are currently five people in my family group with the pro subscription.However, it does not let us play more than three people simultaneously in the same game despite having it all obtained and shared.What's even weirder and more annoying is that claim stadia pro games results in another family member (usually me) not being able to access their library.No games!We've fixed this by unsharing games one by one until the library returns to the one who lost it.We have been dealing with this problem for more than two months with customer service and they do not give me a solution or an explanation of why this happens.I'm posting it here in case someone has had the same problem and can help us.

Check that you all have Stadia Pro active (see through screenshots of each other).
Also check through screenshots what games you have shared with each one, because there is the option of not sharing them either all or only sharing some.
Also remember that there may be Stadia Pro games that were not claimed by any of you at the time.
I recommend trying something simple and straightforward like Cake Bash or Worms that is now available in Pro, and see that you can play 4 people, in Worms all 5.
Let's remember that only one person can play at a time for each person who has a gaming license within the family... and if only 3 people have a license for a certain game, they will not be able to play 4 at the same time.
There are many checks, but it is better to separate possible reasons that are sometimes overlooked :).

Unfortunately I checked all of that with no luck.There must be a problem with one or several of the accounts since it is unusual for games to disappear from my library.I don't know anyone who has had this happen to them.
Do you use extensions on PC? Does the same thing happen to you if you look at the Android app, TV or via the web on a mobile?
I mention it because a certain extension allows you to hide games from the library or because the browser cache can play tricks on you (it would be good to try another browser or in incognito mode).
I mostly use chromecast.Although it has also happened to us in the browser (without extensions), it is not that the games are hidden. It is that the same screen appears as if we had not purchased any game.
