Possible Stadia and Ubisoft Connect issue. Immortals Fenix Rising - Armor of the Stadium

I completed demo some time ago.

Now, I am having trouble claiming "Armor of the Stadium" from Ubisoft Connect.

Whenever I try to claim the armor, it puts out an error saying "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later".
Am I doing something wrong here? If not, Stadia, please contact Ubisoft.

Similar thing happened with Uno (special game mode). I contacted Ubisoft back then, but went no where. Just endless troubleshooting on my PC even though game has nothing to do with my PC as it is run by Stadia server.

@BlueMarble Are you still unable to claim the Armor of the Stadium? And, just to confirm, did you claim the armor in Connect upon completing the demo? I don't think it was an automatic thing.

I finally started Immortals Fenix Rising last night and (having read this thread) the first thing I did was open up Connect in-game to verify that the already-claimed Armor of the Stadium reward was waiting for me. I could then access the in-game store, scroll over to the Connect tab, and add it to my inventory. I was then able to equip the armor visual customization without a problem.

Are those the same steps you're taking?

@BlueMarble Just want to make sure, you already claimed the armor from the store right? Someone also mentioned to claim it from Ubisoft Connect feature. Unfortunately I don't have the game so I can't try it out.

otherwise, there might be some delay from Ubisoft's side. I found this following note on their website

So it might be good to wait for a few days / week and see if it eventually shows up.

@Ivan  The game would not let me claim the armor. I did it in Ubisoft Connect. It just pops out an error message as indicated previously.

@BlueMarble I'm seeing  a few others experiencing the same issue in this reddit thread. I'll try to dig a bit more, but it may just be the case that Ubisoft have some delays on the bonus armors.

@Ivan I am going to try level up my character to see whether the armor is level locked.

Quite frustrating that similar issue is found in Uno as well, and I think it is still not fixed (only happens in Stadia and not in other platforms).

@codesplice Yes, I did what you did, but I kept getting error pop ups whenever I tried to claim the armor from Ubisoft Connect. After reading your post, I tried it again. It is now working! So it appears that Stadia and Ubisoft fixed the armor issue.

With Ubisoft Connect issue fixed for Fenix Rising, I tried Uno game to see whether its issue is fixed (jump-in house rule, which is claimed from Ubisoft Connect). It appears that Uno issue still persists.

I have same problem but even worse I don't know what Ubisoft account i used to login on Stadia and now my Stadia is linked to an unknown Ubisoft account which I can't log out of.
