Parent Game Confirmation

I recently joined Stadia, and have claimed some free games such as Destiny 2. These games do not show up on the Chromecast Ultra. Going back to the mobile app, I see that I cannot play any of the games until a parent confirms that I can. Ok, so we go to their email, and see that Stadia said something along the lines of, "[Your child has requested to play a game. Go to the dashboard (or something) to review the request.]". We go there, and see that all of the games have a switch on icon, indicating they're confirmed and ready. Still can't play. We try turning them of. Still can't play. I mean I can't play, in the sense that it still says I need to ask a parent. Please note that I have been refreshing and restarting web pages apps and systems this whole time. What should I do?
