PC Mouse issues in Ghost Recon Breakpoint

Jump to Best Response

I just bout this game. Played it once with absolutely no issues. Now every time I go into the game the mouse commands stop working - not a problem with the mouse as it works fine in other games and elsewhere on my computer. (Cannot look around or aim) Also, every time I go into the game I have to change to my preferred settings - EVERY TIME. (I prefer inverted Y Axis) It keeps going back to the default.

Any ideas? And if not, does anyone know how to get my money back?

Hey @AKDestroyer,

it could be an issue with the Chrome Browser or with your mouse. If it's a mouse issue, you could try with another mouse to see if your mouse is maybe defective.

In case it's a Chrome issue, try the following:

  1. Go to chrome://flags.
  2. Search a specific theme to your problem with the search bar and check if you can disable this feature, e.g. "enables pointer lock options" or "hardware accelerated video decode".
  3. If you can't find those, click on "reset to standard" in the top right corner to enable the standard-settings of the browser.

If that doesn't help, you can also contact the Stadia support for further ideas/troubleshooting.

In case you still insists on having a refund, just so you know, here is how you can do this:

  1. Go to your order history on Google Play.
  2. Click the 3 dots on the right side of the game you want to refund.
  3. Click on "Request refund".

You can also check out this site to find out how to get a refund.

Hi @AKDestroyer,

Try the hint @Chufu posted. Are you playing on a laptop? I had some issues with the laptop when playing with a mouse connected.
Looks like the trackpad is winning the battle of the mouse movement sometimes, so I disabled the trackpad when a mouse is connected.

About the game settings resetting to default that is a annoying thing that happens with more Ubisoft games I am afraid.?
Best thing you can do is contact Ubisoft to let them know about the issue.
