Ordered June 6 - Not ONE communication since then... Where's my code?!

Hi everyone! Sooo. I order this thing in JUNE - right after the keynote - the ONE AND ONLY communication I received was that we would be sent a code PRIOR to launch. Likewise, the wording also led us to believe we'd have the hardware before launch date too. - NO EMAIL UPDATES EVER. NOT ONE! - NO COMMON COURTESY IN UPDATING YOUR EARLY ADOPTER / FANBOY CUSTOMERS of pending issues you were aware of! - NO CODE PRIOR TO LAUNCH AS PROMISED. - NO HARDWARE BEFORE LAUNCH. ....ZERRRROOOOOOO COMMUNICATION! - I got an email yesterday that my hardware was shipped. Where's the code?!?!?!?!?!?! - What Ivy-League manager thought NOT communicating ANYTHING to their client list was a good idea? I mean, a Kickstarter company that's just launching a product on a shoestring budget has their marketing communication on lock... you are a bajillion dollar company, and you thought you could sit back and do nothing before, during and after your disaster launch unfolded? Words cannot express just how mind-boggling this is. ...not one update email in the months leading up to this? Maybe direct to consumer sales (of any type) isn't for Google...

Totally get this... you can contact support via https://support.google.com/stadia but they will likely tell you it may take 3-5 business days and to contact them again if you still haven't received the code by Friday.

DID YOU FEEL THAT?!?!?!?!  

That's the Earth losing and gaining momentum at the sway of the entire Stadia member-base shaking their heads in disgust at the same time to this insane situation. 

....whoa, there it goes again.
