Ordered 6th of june, yet to recieve a code.

Hello. I ordered 6th of june and i've yet to get a code to play nor has the product been shipped. According to this comment https://www.reddit.com/r/Stadia/comments/dvv3tv/hi_reddit_andrey_from_the_stadia_team_here_and_im/f7... You said that they get shipped in the order that they were purchased. Yet we've seen multiple post from discord and reddit that people who have bought in september have already received their items. Why ?

Hi Founders,

I can confirm that if you pre-ordered the Stadia Founder’s Edition, and your form of payment has been charged, your access code has been sent to you via email. Pre-orders for Premiere Edition will start shipping on Monday.

If you're a Founder, have received your shipment, but have not received your code, please reach out to the Stadia support team , and they'll be more than happy to work with you on your code delivery. Thanks!

I'm almost convinced that Stadia isn't even a real thing - it's just a way for the Gmail team to stress test the gmail servers "refresh inbox" capabilities

This rings true, I just received my founders edition in the post but still havnt received a code! Can someone please advise, the help lines are closed and no one is answering my messages

We are doomed. All the June people gotbthwir code so the fuzz has died down and Google doesn't care. This is the worst gaming launch ever.

Hi @GraceFromGoogle Ordered June 12th, received Stadia today. No code yet. Obviously quite disappointed. Concerned by the claims all June codes have been sent when I havent received mine. Could you clarify this? Thank you.

I just got off the phone with Google Support. No new info or nothing more than the approved PR messaging.

I did ask him about the ownership of Destiny 2. Is asked the repo since I purchased the Founder's Edition if the Destiny 2 version would count as a purchase I would be able to play even without Pro in the future and he confirmed "yes"   since it was part of the purchase of the Founder's Edition you will be able to play when the normal service comes out. That they will communicate more info about that service in the future. @GraceFromGoogle Please confirm this is true at least. Seems the Founder's Edition has even less value if we are paying $130 for a rental.

I'm tired of waiting now. It's now beyond 48 hrs and didn't received a code yet. :frowning_face: and I'm just sitting with controller out here and doing nothing..!

 

@GraceFromGoogle  what's stopping Google to send all codes. Even if it's in batches most of the founders edition should've received it by now.

I had a couple of days between getting my expected delivery notification and the activation code arriving. Hopefully this means they're sorting through them

I think for once I will sign up for sales emails as, judging by current performance, I'm confident I won't receive a single email from you untill 2023.

I just got the **bleep** code but I feel my excitement is all ruined with all the mishaps and with finding out Destiny 2 is not a gift but a stupid rental I can't even purchase if I wanted to.

edit: Destiny 2 is a subscription service not a game you can purchase.

@Visionary Nope it shows up as a claim game and doesn't even have a price to purchase even if I wanted to.

Everyone is saying that since it is like that then I would lose access if I do not keep paying so it makes it a subscription game.

I am so disappointed and would wish for a real answer instead of silence. In any case, after all the mess they should let us keep it in goodwill but we'll see.

I also thought, like with many other launches, that this was a pack-in game you got to keep.

My code turned up just before I finished work - thought I was going to have to go another night without Stadia!

Have to say, it's worth the wait! Just played Destiny for the past three hours (never played it before now), not a spot of lag in 4k, 60fps the whole time!
