Hello. I ordered 6th of june and i've yet to get a code to play nor has the product been shipped. Yet we've seen multiple post from discord and reddit that people who have bought in september have already received their items. Why ?

I can confirm that if you pre-ordered the Stadia Founder’s Edition, and your form of payment has been charged, your access code has been sent to you via email. Pre-orders for Premiere Edition will start shipping on Monday.
If you're a Founder, have received your shipment, but have not received your code, please reach out to the Stadia support team , and they'll be more than happy to work with you on your code delivery. Thanks!

Hi. While I'm glad someone's now talking to the community. This way forward still makes no sense. So all the June codes have been sent and your now on July. Great! But what about though of us ordered later ( I order in September) and have the hardware that's just sitting their unusable.
When does the returns rules kick in ? When you receive the hardware or when you can use it. I don't know if Stadia is any good in my area yet b,going by your current estimation I may have my code by Saturday evening as I'm in UK ( if someone's working through them that day) .
This would give me 12/11 days to decide if I like the service and return it rather than the 15 we are supposed to get. If your not working on a Saturday then it would be Monday evening which would give 10/9 days to decided on the hardware.
What about someone who ordered in October or November and got the hardware already ?
I have an idea on how to sort this. Everyone who has hardware despatch to them received an activation code !!!!!

I've been able to chat with support (~4 hours waiting in queue). What they said:
I know, for those who eagerly/frustratingly waitning, it doesn't clarify much, but I hope it might spare somebody time waiting in support queue to get the same responses. It might be much better to get some official statement from Google, but that would mean admitting the issue, which they seems to avoid my all means.
I also don't believe the claim that only small fraction of codes were sent out of order, as yesterday it was said to be "a small fraction of code missed" and doesn't correlate with initial intend to send all the codes right away.
I also kinda don't believe that they finished processing June and are mid-July now, just because of messages in this thread for a few last hours, where people say they ordered In June or 1st week of July and still haven't got a code.
It's now been over 24 hours since I received the hardware. Why couldn't this have been in the box? I've paid my money, now let me play! @GraceFromGoogle I shouldn't of "stadia" as long as I have.
Lets all do a massive return / refund en masse in one go. Thousands of customers in one bomb returning there stadia crap
I’ve done my part @Deleted User and will not come back. I’m at Google Next today in London they normally have a booth I’ll check if there is more information we can get on the issue / future from them.
Well, the launch was just about as bad as it gets. I got my code at about half past midnight today, 8 hours ago. I have to say that the gameplay exceeds my expectations. Very slick, even with most features get to roll out. Shame they completed forked up the first two days.

Just hit the 24 hour mark of having the physical Stadia hardware. Still no code!
I am still awaiting the invite code for something I paid £120 to receive 2 days ago. Patience wearing thin due to being misinformed and mislead. If this was an accident, then alerting the masses to your unforseen issues would at least soften the blow. @GraceFromGoogle

It's sad that Google continues to hide information and outright LIE about this mess. The fact I have seen multiple threads with reps claiming they are halfway through July, when most people in early July haven't gotten a code, is DIS- @GraceFromGoogle - FUL. I never seen a corporation spend more time lying and bull**bleep**ting consumers during adversity than I witnessed in the past 48 hours. Shame on these people.
Update on my side: Preorderd on june 6th, i got yesterday at 6 pm UTC+1 the information that my founders edition was shipped and about an hour later i got my code for stadia.
@GraceFromGoogle CAn you provide us a real update on the July Founders? People that have ordered the premiere edition have gotten codes apparently but not Founders. The last update was a pointless one as it only came after every June user had them so they didn't care.
Please provide a real ETA on when I am getting my code as I 've had this box here for a while now.
PLEASE PLEASE respond and don't ignore it as you've done again and again. On twitter, on reddit , here and even on your Google support lines. Please be honest and gives us an ETA. If you said "we expect them to be sent by this afternoon" I wouldn't have to waste my time trying pointlessly contact google.
