Ordered 6th of june, yet to recieve a code.

Hello. I ordered 6th of june and i've yet to get a code to play nor has the product been shipped. According to this comment https://www.reddit.com/r/Stadia/comments/dvv3tv/hi_reddit_andrey_from_the_stadia_team_here_and_im/f7... You said that they get shipped in the order that they were purchased. Yet we've seen multiple post from discord and reddit that people who have bought in september have already received their items. Why ?

Hi Founders,

I can confirm that if you pre-ordered the Stadia Founder’s Edition, and your form of payment has been charged, your access code has been sent to you via email. Pre-orders for Premiere Edition will start shipping on Monday.

If you're a Founder, have received your shipment, but have not received your code, please reach out to the Stadia support team , and they'll be more than happy to work with you on your code delivery. Thanks!

Still no code.  I ordered June 7th.  I have the Stadia hardware... but no code.  This is very disappointing of Google.  Where are the updates and why aren't customers being updated?

What do you mean by small batch of people. If you haven't rolled out to the people who purchased on the day 1 of announcement. what's the point in buying it on the announcement day.

The Chat Support said, pls wait dir updated until monday. Then i can ask him again about that issue. :angry_face: Until monday? I wait 1 or 2 hours then i ask again! It ist my right in Germany to get what i paid! And breaking Advertisement promises are a break in pur law! If that Problem will not bei fixed i think my good friend "the law" will fix it in maybe a few months! Still No Code Sry for my bad english

I preordered founders edition on June 7th. Received my stadia on the 19th at 2 pm. I am now on day 2 of having a stadia that I can not play because I still have not received my invite code. Any update on when I will be permitted to play the stadia I paid for?

Service has been up for more than 24 hours, I have my physical package but still no invite code. I want straight to succeed, but in order for that to happen people need to be able to, you know, use it. It's also be nice to get something other than a cookie cutter response that says it's fixed when it clearly is not. Well I guess I won't hold my breath on getting to try it out on my day off today.

Hi Grace, I ordered on June 20th from Canada and haven't recieved a code or shipping confirmation. My girlfriend ordered on August 21st from Canada, and she has recieved shipping confirmation. Will anyone be able to look into this?

@GraceFromGoogle - might be worth reminding someone there that adults own up to mistakes that they make and deal with the consequences. Even Microsoft and Apple say sorry occasionally. Stop lying to your supporters and investors. People would have understood if you'd admitted that a mistake had been made and been open about what it meant. By now you should have started talking about how to compensate people whose money you have taken while not providing the promised service. You have lost any goodwill that you had by failing to communicate and you may just have killed Stadia in the process. It's really quite something to have managed that within 24 hours of launch.

Guys. You're *Google*. This is an *invite code*. You knew how many you needed. You knew our e-mail addresses. You knew when launch day was. Fixing this should be a switch-flip. What. Is. Going. On.

Stadia is 'launching' with maybe half its promised features, and on launch day, your earliest paying customers can't play it.

Come on.

Since Google openly admitted codes were sent out in the wrong order, and yet they fail to provide updates, codes, etc... Isn't this the basis for a class action due to false advertising? Some of us are really impacted by the lack of codes, because we have Youtube channels and make money of those channels. Now someone stole my youtube channel gamer tag. The guy that stole my user name showed it on reddit, and he order his Stadia two weeks after I preordered mine...I'm saying he stole it, because based off what Google promised, I would have a chance to get it before him since he ordered after me...

My unit arrives in a couple days. Google is straight up lying to people saying only a small #of codes were impacted. 41 pages of people and that is only the small statistic of people that find this thread.and post in it.

Adding my voice to this. Ordered on June 7, received my hardware earlier today, but still can't use Stadia because I haven't been emailed my code. This is ridiculous.

A 12-yo can write a batch script that will send out automated emails from a database... Google of all companies can't manage this, something is wrong here... In the meantime I'll wait.

Many years developing, designing,, testing, manufacturing, logistics, marketing and then Google, who I'd hope could handle a database, fail to send an email! 

Im storing mine with the boxed Dreamcast and Jaguar in my loft.

Same issue here. Purchased on the 7th June and still nothing. Disgusting service from Google. I have messaged them on Twitter three times and I haven't even had a reply. Stayed on hold for 1h 25m earlier on the telephone and the line just went dead. Disgusting support. Disgusting service.

Received my controller but no activation code. Got on the online chat on the main google site and was told it would be ‘delivered in 3-5 days’. Asked why an email takes 3-5 days to deliver but no real answer.

Details in your updates would be appreciated. More information will go a long way to improving founders attitudes about the handling of the launch...

June 12th preorder.  Shipment confirmation November 18th and arrived Nov 19th but no code yet.  Please add me to whatever list you're using for this (if you even are using a list).  Just would like to know when I can use this thing.
