Hello. I ordered 6th of june and i've yet to get a code to play nor has the product been shipped. According to this comment https://www.reddit.com/r/Stadia/comments/dvv3tv/hi_reddit_andrey_from_the_stadia_team_here_and_im/f7... You said that they get shipped in the order that they were purchased. Yet we've seen multiple post from discord and reddit that people who have bought in september have already received their items. Why ?
Give kudos boys ![]()
Hi Founders,
I can confirm that if you pre-ordered the Stadia Founder’s Edition, and your form of payment has been charged, your access code has been sent to you via email. Pre-orders for Premiere Edition will start shipping on Monday.
If you're a Founder, have received your shipment, but have not received your code, please reach out to the Stadia support team , and they'll be more than happy to work with you on your code delivery. Thanks!
- Grace
This will be like so many other Google projects that will close after a short time. Returning my Founder pack.It is not worth waiting for a code that will arrive only shortly before Google decides to abandon this project.
I contacted Google twice. I got my Stadia yesterday at 11am est.... Google doesn't care as i never recieved my code Order #GS.4845-7639-2892
Ordered Stadia Founders Edition 7th June the package is sent. But no code.
Just going to jump on the bandwagon and say I'm still waiting for my code, and I'm on my way home with my Founders Edition in my bag.
<Sad trombone>
Have my controller now. Still no code? Maby needs to be resent?
@GraceFromGoogle Where is my code? Sitting here with my controller in my hands, ready to play this "amazing" new gaming experience, but still have no code. It's been 24 hours since last update. Google took my money but have not delivered on their service. This is absolutely unacceptable.
So is there any way to know when I can use the product I received yesterday in the mail?
Still no code...I asked for a call from support online it said they would call in one minute....it's been 30 and nothing.
This is more than frustrating.
@nixwebo I had the same issue with online support, the inside 1 minute thing is not accurate. I eventually got a call back 90 minutes after submitting, but support could only advise they'd try and get a code generated for me and sent via email. To be honest I'm not sure if they can actually do anything to assist, as I assume the code generation is automated.
i ordered jund 6th
Got my stadia today 20th
But I still have not receive my access code yet
My email lgy163p@gmail.com
I need the code plz
Since Google won't do the right thing, I'll apologize to you all in their behalf. I'm in the same boat as you, Google is one of the biggest companies in the world, but yet lack basic customer appreciation skills. Keeping us in the dark is not the correct way to respond to this issue. Smh I'm going back to Microsoft xcloud beta.
Ordered on 7th, Stadia has just arrived - no code, pm'ed on twitter
how can Google have their own cloud platform, popular analytics, an email platform etc but not manage a simple system
register - pay - <wait until x> - post <code> where code = one from a batch assigned to me in a db
Hi @GraceFromGoogle ,
I ordered in August and have received the founders edition but no code? You / google has 48 hours to get me a code. If this doesn't happen I'll be returning the whole thing just like the Pixel 4.
This had such a great concept but it looks like it's been cocked up and possibly annoyed ever supporter by poor communication and launch protocol.
WTF are the codes?
The order was shipped (tracking doesn't work
) but I don't have the access code yet.
Stadia received still no code though. #GettingFrustrated
Hi, @GraceFromGoogle @ChrisFromGoogle , and everyone at the Stadia Team,
I ordered early morning of June 7th, my hardware will be delivered this afternoon and yet here I (and countless others) am without an Invite Code and with the promised early access to the service, for the ability to have priority gamer tag creation, all of which we shelled out north of $130 USD after tax for the privilege to do so.
So, how does Google and the Stadia Team make this right? Do you reset gamer tags on a specified date after all pre-orders have been confirmed delivered and Invite Codes confirmed as being sent, or are all of us getting the brown end of the proverbial stick here?
When can I (we) get out aforementioned, promised, Invite Codes. What is the confirmed delivery date for this? We no longer want vague estimates of "1-3 days, 3-5 days, X days after confirmed delivery of your hardware." All of which community members are hearing repeatedly from your staff.
Additionally, what is being done to expedite the delivery of these codes and to correct the supposed broken process that lead to the mismanaged "in order of purchase" queue for those of us that were the earliest of adopters, compared to some folks that just purchased their Stadia and have already jumped queue, received both hardware and invite codes, aren't running Founder's Editions, but are well on their way to finishing games by now. What is the definitive process for what you (Google/Stadia/both) are doing? Again, we no longer accept vagueness, we want hard outlined answers. We paid for your product, you did not deliver, we are the customer, you are not fulfilling the agreement set forth, and as such you are accountable to us, your customers, you clients.
If you guys would like a list to make it easier, please see below:
1.) What is the guaranteed delivery date that you stand behind for all Founder's Edition pre-order Customers Invite Codes? (As the service is accessible and usable even without the hardware)
2.)What explicitly is being done to address the failures in your store/shipping/invite code notifications/flow management process and what explicitly is these categories is the source(s) of the current state of affairs and missed promised deadlines?
3.) What, explicitly, are you (Google/Stadia/both) doing to compensate the customers you have breached your promised deadlines with?
Just because you are the top dog doesn't mean you can't get knocked down. Shape up or ship out. (Maybe also learn the Military's 7 P's)

@WrathOfGod well said
I didn’t think it would have come to that but my patience reached its limit.
sorry Stadia but it will be without me.
Same here @Elixor
I have returned my Founders Edition and returned the additional white controller I ordered.
Went back yesterday (20th Nov) via 48Hr Royal Mail Tracked labels provided by store.google.com
The invite code arrived in my inbox this morning (21st Nov) too late.

Google's only saving grace is that my gamertag that I've had for the past 20 years wasn't taken. Your complete and utter mismanagement and near radio silence/misinformation spread by your staff will be the downfall of this platform from the start. We'll see how long this lasts, but I'm giving it 5 years at best. We've got 15 days to return the hardware and still get a return, we'll see if I even make it past that....
Do better, be better. I said it before and I'll say it again. Just because your the top dog, doesn't mean you can't get knocked down. Shape up or ship out. At this rate, Microsoft and their xCloud may help expedite the process as well....

I actually think not receiving my code is a blessing.. I mean look folks - look at the community we've formed! Don't you all feel it - that feeling of belonging? Google this was a stroke of genius!
I'm actually a bit sad to hear some of you received your codes and you'll no longer be here. I'll miss you.
In case anyone was wondering, there is little point requesting a call from Stadia support. They promise to call back within one minute, but then.... well, no phone call three hours later.
Just going to pile on another, @GraceFromGoogle. Not sure it's useful given how many others have as well. I have an expensive paperweight and no code to use it. I guess I should be thankful Google took my money and I will get what I paid for whenever Google lets me have it. Ordered: 6/7 --- Shipped: 11/18 --- Arrived: 11/20 --- Codes: ??/??
Why does this topic say "solved"?
Order shipped two days ago. Founders Edition. No code and none of the benefits of being an early adopter/"founder". Charged extra for this. Several people that have already received their Premier Edition and have already been emailed codes and are playing right now with their first pick of gamertags the founders were promised.
Why did I pay more to get less (I know, I'm not alone here)? I.e. Many Premiere buyers already have hardware, codes, tag, store/app access, Founders Edition = nada. There really needs to be some compensation to justify the extra cost that gave us (FE) nothing more... Even as the hardware is on a truck right now, a code to get a tag and store access would be at least be something I/we can work with ![]()
