Hello. I ordered 6th of june and i've yet to get a code to play nor has the product been shipped. According to this comment https://www.reddit.com/r/Stadia/comments/dvv3tv/hi_reddit_andrey_from_the_stadia_team_here_and_im/f7... You said that they get shipped in the order that they were purchased. Yet we've seen multiple post from discord and reddit that people who have bought in september have already received their items. Why ?

I can confirm that if you pre-ordered the Stadia Founder’s Edition, and your form of payment has been charged, your access code has been sent to you via email. Pre-orders for Premiere Edition will start shipping on Monday.

I definitely won't be buying any games on this platform. I'll play Destiny 2 but not going to invest any further monies... Will cancel after the three months. This is sad and the fact that there is no transparency is even sadder.

Another that ordered on 6/6 and no code. My top name was taken I saw late last night (Sigh). The only reason I preordered (Like most of you) was to have first or near first choice of a name. As a founder, I was supposed to get the name and get game day one, and on day two I still don't have the code even though it's shipped.
I have always been a huge supporter and fan of all things Google but this is a disaster.
What upsets me most is that Google has been SILENT on this issue. They keep tweeting that the code will be sent out when the order ships, but CLEARLY that is not the case as so many of us have received a shipping confirmation and no code. As 24 hours from the launch creeps up, I would really like to receive some kind of compensation or at least an update??? Is that so much to ask??? We bought into this poorly thought out product for a reason, and that reason is no longer valid because no one could even play on the launch, and people couldn't even get their names. By the time I get my code and product I am so sure stadia will already be dead.
The communication has been utterly dreadful. They are running through the list of things you absolutely must not do in customer relations. Just happily ticking them off, one by one. I struggle to understand the comms approach. Even a tiny company would have taken advice on how to launch a product or at least read a book on the subject. The way Google has handled this momentous omnishambles is just extraordinary. Is transparency such an alien concept to Google that they won't even consider it here?
This is an incredibly disappointing start.
Can we have some information about what is happening please, @GraceFromGoogle ? We know you're working on it, but you have a lot of people that paid money for things that you've failed to deliver. A bit of transparency would be nice.

Hmmm... 1 hour after posting my original order date and scheduled delivery date duration here, I received an email confirming shipment earlier.
Placed my order on June 10th and still don't have invite code. My Founder's Edition is out for delivery. I will say this is frustrating. Trying to stay positive, but it is getting difficult.
Oh my god. I just contacted Google Support, they said I'd get my code 3 to 5 days from when i received the founders edition.
I assume he meant when it got sent. But that's still totally unacceptable!
Nevermind... I got it now... Well played Google...
Has Google really resorted to just ignore everything after all the dishonest messaging they have sent?
@GraceFromGoogle Do we really have no ETA when a company that owns one of the biggest email brands in the world will send out the emails for the keys to their service that premiered yesterday?!

I got an email from Google! it was to tell me that I have received my Stadia Founders package, which I am aware of as it has been on my sofa for 4 hours.
What I don't have is an invite code, so I can now add "trolling founders by giving them brief false hope" to the list of things Google has done wrong in the last 2 days.
steveb thats exactly what happened to me had my stadia nearly 4 hours and get a email stating i had received my stadia.
@CrimsonRockin it's just cruelty at this point. It's really hard to overstate how badly they've handled this whole thing.
