Hey@shellevik, this sounds really weird.
Have you checked on pay.google.com and on your payment method that the amount for the founder's edition was charged correctly? Have you checked if you have received an email (mail.google.com) about a cancellation?
If you have purchased it correctly and not even the hardware is on the way to you, I would recommend to talk to the Google Store-Team to figure out what went wrong. You can't get an access code, when the shipping is not even on the way to you.
And yes, the payment is OK

Guess when it's on the way, you can't cancel the process though anymore, but of course you could send it back to Google and get a refund if this is what you want. I know this must be frustrating for you.
