Odin, Valhalla Rising,
This is an MMO game, which is going to be released soon. The gane it self, as per devs, is going to changecomplately MMO games.
It is mix of MMO games with nordic mythology, you can run, fly, swim and climb(no many mmo has this last one)
Cmplately opened world, no loading screens
Those who creted it also created Black Desert, PUBG, Terra online . Bassically this is going to be a very VERy good MMO.
TESO is getting obsolated already, I am playing it now, and the game has problems and never solving.. and the world is very limited with invisble bariers..
video link to YouTube here
also they took all the movements from real people, so those are realistic
The release date 29 of june
if U can bring that game to Stadia, thank you
The problem the "world" is facing here with this MMO though is that the developers are only publishing it in Korea, so no idea when or even if it would be released globally.
Therefore I am even unsure if we'll see it for release on Stadia, because it's only released in that specific country first.
I have seen some videos and gameplay from it as well, it looks good I totally agree with you. The only thing I quite dislike - as I did also with BlackDesert - is the very way they're presenting women in this game. I won't go into details here, but it's a reason for me why I am rather sticking with ESO for example for the moment. Sure every MMO has it's issues, but well... even humans aren't perfect, right? And an MMO is as good as the players playing it I believe, at least this is the impression I got from playing different ones of them since 2004.
I would probably have a look into the game though just because I love a Viking setting, but as I said it's not released globally, so no chance anyway of a glimpse.
If you're looking for another MMO, maybe Ashes of Creation is something for you. It sounds at least promising. That one will not be released on Stadia first either though, but it's still some years anyway until the release of it I believe (it's Alpha with NDA currently, but verbal NDA has been lifted, so you can check out their discord if you need specific answers, but the Ashes Wiki is also very complete if you want to learn more about the game itself).
I checked some YouTubers, and they said the first release is in Korea 2 different versions one for PC one for smartphone. Then in a month they will release it globaly in for all countries. Bcz they have big plans for this game.
Some other said that first will be smartphone version in Korea then will go to Taiwan, and latelly will be global PC version
And as Stadia is using PC version, so it can be possible.
Yes, I agree with you for the korean MMO human aspect, but also I recognize that korean MMO has one of the best details, and even TESO doesnt. For example the armor view,it is always way beautifull, the game itself has mecanics EU-US developers forget to add. Even check something, everytime you hit in TESO, there is no much voice sounds, meanwhile in korean games for every single movmnt there is a voice. Thats why as per my opinion, I feel much more interaction with the world in asian mmos that in ours.
I was talking about this in the elderscroll forum, and the answer I received is that they dont want hamster food? So what they want? Play pacman. Pay 70€ for a game like TESO and have limited posibilities, when paying 10€ for any korean mmo its is way opened world, and much more interaction with it. And much more details
Take TESO, there is no underwater content, you cant fly, there is invisible barriers everywheare. If you played Age of Conan Unchained, you will see that TESO it is AoC with improved graphics and different fantasy world.
The other day I discovered that there is more than 5 NPCs with the same face. Face of Ragnar from Vikings serial. And the same for the woman, many of secondary quest NPCs of the human race, women, their faces are the same/similar. It seems copy+peste. No carrying for details
I play TESO bcz it is the only MMO Stadia has, I am not counting Destiny bcz it is shooter
Definetely agree with you, you picked some good comparisons here.
Would really enjoy a MMO with more graphic details than ESO has, although I do also know, not every MMO is perfect. There is always something people like and some other things they dislike. ESO still has a lot of features I really enjoy, like the combat, stories, etc.
If Odin - Valhalla Rising is released globally I think I'll check it out at least, as it looks graphically stunning already. Agree with you guys though, would be nice if it comes for Stadia then too for a Global release, but not sure if the developers plan this as well. But we'll see ^^
2021 is a good year for games anyway and 2022 will be even better I heard.
Not going to happen. Google will not invest into stadia.
Kokao Games
NO THANKS!!!
