No picture

Trying to play Rise of the Tomb Raider today and there was no picture.  Sound yes ... Something going on?

No, jokes aside, a couple of things to try that come to mind.

1. Do a Stadia shutdown and restart and see if that rectifies the issue.
2. Sign-out of your account and then sign back in again and see if that resolves the issue.
3. Open a session on chrome, start the game, check that its working, then quit that and retry on CCU.

Just a few things that may or may not help.  If those things fail to resolve the issue, then I would raise a case with support and see what their suggestions are, especially if other titles are working just fine.

I have the same issue. Apparently only happens when plugging a headset by Jack. I continue to hear but the image goes black and I have to turn my TV on again.

I do have a soundbar connected to the TV and I don't know if it's that.
