Its a shame but I have now decided its time to leave Stadia and stick with Xbox and Steam.
The decision was made for me really when i received a discount from Steam offering F1 2020 and Grid Ultimate for less than £40, which IMO is a good offer given the fact i can at least play these natively with my steering wheel, no additional software needed, as is the case with Stadia with no native support.
Most importantly buying from Steam or Xbox for PC I physically own the title and can play without interruption to the game due to some server issues. Additionally as i use Moonlight Game Streaming to connect the PC to my TV and tablet or phone, i can play anywhere at anytime.
I will say to Stadia though, good luck for the future, as I'm sure you'll do well in this ever growing market of next generation gaming.
Thanks for the experience.
@Deleted User The joy to Stadia is that it's a free platform. Feel free to come and go as you please, an announcement that you're doing so really isn't necessary.

@Deleted User Maybe not necessary but my choice to do so, it lets Google know there are those that are not entirely happy with the service.
@Deleted User
google stadia has the tech nailed down but the lack of serious games is concerning and will be there downfall
stadia will be known in the future as the indie platform before too long
amazon are launching tech which I would imagine will be pretty good they already beaten stadia on launch titles 50+ at launch better than stadia
also they beaten stadia already by getting around Apple iOS restrictions so you can play on any platform
Steam is also free
Xbox is also free
@Whito @Stadia has serious competition from amazon Luna
so stadia has to up there games and discounts if they want to compete
Now the competitor is indifferent, it's too late, Gfnow, psnow, xcloud, xboxsx, ps5, amazon. All are better services, Stadia has lost the advantage of being something different and the future.
On all platforms you buy a game or pay a subscription and play for FREE on hardware you already have, I don't see the difference here at STADIA.
@Whito @I agree completely for instance
Xbox you pay £10.99 per month and you play all games free plus EA is now bundled with Xbox game pass
amazon Luna by the looks of it you pay a subscription and you pay for free what ever is in the library
Luna actually looks like it will have separate publisher channels to subscribe to and could end up being pretty expensive if your range of games you want to play is spread out over multiple channels.
Have to wait and see once they leave early access and add more channels.
I think you could be right about the separate channels and pricing
Sorry to see you go my friend. I have steam and this as my primary platforms. I love them both equally. ( There's no golden rule you can't have more than one)
Nobody says you can't have more platforms. I usually spend about 150 or 200 € a month on games, they are 2 or 3 depending on the edition purchase.
So Amazon can pay that amount in channels and have access to thousands of games the same on Playstation or Xbox or PC.
But here now we have to thank Google because it is free and the game materializes in the air, and if you buy a 90€ game like Marvel Avengers you can play it for free.
This is not an airport no need to announce your departure. Just go little flie..
