Did you order a founder's or a premiere edition?
If you ordered a Premiere edition, Grace just announced:
"Happy Monday! Premiere Edition orders will start shipping today and codes will begin going out today as well. Thank you all again for your patience. "
If you ordered a Founder's edition, and your order has not even shipped, check if your payment went through on pay.google.com or contact the Google Store-Team to find out what happened to your order. If your package is on the way already and you just need the code, but didn't get it, try to contact the Stadia team to receive one as a founder.
