I've no idea what Googles uses, but I fully trust the knowledge of Google's engineers to pick the right technology.

At the moment they use Nvidia GPUs.
Problably titan models as 1080ti will be to slow and as we dont have Ray Tracing support i guess they dont use RTX Series.
I hope they migrate to 3090 as its the most intelligent option
