@BlueSheep223 Get the order information from the person who bought it and contact Google store support. If they have your order info and the serial number for the controller in your order, once they verify if a code was sent and if it was or wasn't used, they can probably help you get a new code. I think I've seen a few similar threads on here and one or two had it resolved that way.

The code seems to get caught in SPAM filters too, is it possible the guest account that ordered it has it in a filter? Mine came in as SPAM in November.
Contact support though.
