Anyone else have this issue? I can't even load mycareer. Countless hours wasted. Can't connect when I try. It just says: unable to sync your user profile information.

Mine is now working same as before. Was down about a week or so.
UPDATE: It is back to unable to sync, no longer works. It was back worked for about 2 days now we are back here ![]()
Nope, 2k is TRASH. move on from 2k products. The time and effort we gamers put into a game, 2K will never understand.
I'm also having the exact same issue. Kind of ridiculous to pay for a game and then have it removed everything from you.
I have the same issue. Is this a stadia issue or a 2k21 problem? How come it says "connect" to the internet when stadia is the internet?
Yeah their site says "up and running" but that's clearly not true.

It seems 2k is supposed to provide support for issues.
2k will ask you what platform you are on, even though you say you're on Stadia. It seems like 2k doesn't know what they are doing, as they have no idea what stadia is, based on my conversation when i first reported this. They told me they would do a 1 time restoration for me, and restored a 60 something ranked overall My Player for me lol.
Take my advice. For a company that doesn't give a **bleep** about their customers, they don't deserve my money. Got my player up to 92 OVR and gone, just like that. Haven't touched it since and I've been much happier.

It seems that you are experiencing this problem because your in-game data is not up to date, which may prevent you from accessing the online game or cause severe lags. This also applies to Stadia.
To ensure that the data is downloaded properly, please do the following:
Start the game.
In the main menu, select "Play".
Do not start a game.
Let the game run on this menu without doing anything.
The download time may vary depending on the size of the update, up to several hours. When finished, you will see a notification in the lower left corner of the screen, asking you to return to the main menu. The game should then be up to date.

The game is in the cloud, it doesn't make sense to sit and download. I'm in the same boat as well. Lame
This is what I told them, no answer back… the problem is Stadia server
We NEED a resolution or I want my money back from this game. Idc about it being almost a year of there's no resolution I need a refund!!
Say farewell to NBA2k21 on Stadia.
Whatever going on I done threw in my flag and unsubscribed from Stadia and will no longer be supporting 2k products either. Can't blame one without the other. I spent over $160 on VC testing builds until I got it right on this last one. Not salty anymore just putting it behind me and now im just playing xcloud but will probably go back to console or PC soon. at least the voices from the customers on those platforms are heard and respected in timely manner.
