NBA 2K20 Saved files are missed

All, After have been played a bunch of MyLeague games mode during several days, today my previously saved files are suddenly missed. Have anyone experience something similar within NBA 2k20? Any clue if there is any backup associated to each 2K account? It’s hard to believe that a serious company such as 2K has extrapolated files missing / corruption issues, which are more or less typical in traditional local based physical games, to cloud based games. I have the same problem, just some minutes ago my saved career files suddenly missed. I was playing, when the game shout down for an error, and now my career is gone...

I called the Stadia support number, and they said that the problem is in the 2K servers that manage the savings files. So try to solve the problem via 2K support. Or if someone has some new hint to help us. We wait.

As expected 2K support said that those files are stored locally in the console (not sure if they even have noticed that I was talking about Stadia) and they don’t have any way to restore them... the typical Ping-Pong game to blame each other's responsibilities.

Yes, I had the same issue yesterday. The game glitched and reset with all my career stats gone. I messaged stadia support and they directed me to 2k. 2K had me shoot a short video showing the My team page and my career page. Hopefully they will honor my request.

2K is a f****** joke they only are releasing cheap broken ports on the stadia . They're only trying to get quick money they don't actually care about putting out quality content. I wish I could say I was surprised but the fact that they charge you full price for some of their games fill it with Mico transactions and then put in full ads in them shows you how greedy and cheap they truly are. Google needs to put their foot down , it's time to either tell 2K to shape up or to blacklist them

This is a very serious problem!!! any update? Can't we trust our saved files are safe?

Edit: I tried yesterday I haven't found any troubles with my save files.
