Hi Stadia,
I recently closed my Stadia account. I was unable to unsubscribe, as Stadia wasn’t an option in the subscription & payment column in my Google account. The only alternative I had was to deactivate my account, and after thirty days, my account is to be deleted indefinitely.
However, I want an active Stadia account but I don’t want to pay for a subscription. I have subscriptions coming out of my ears! Haha! I am currently not working due to COVID-19 and I can’t really afford the subscription fee, at the moment.
I am wanting to keep an eye out, for new products Stadia has. Stadia is a brilliant platform, and the Stadia exclusives will be amazing.
So, could you help me with reactivating my account, but cancelling the subscription fee after the free trial ends?

Thank you for the message. Thankfully, I have my Stadia account up and running again. I was unable to access my Stadia via the payments & subscriptions via my Google account. I thought I had to cancel my account.
I was able to contact a Stadia advisor and they reinstated my account.

I do not know if Stadia cancels the trail team immediately or after the 2 month.
