Currentl MODs are not supported by Stadia, modding games requires you to edit some local files and this can't be done for Stadia, but you should leave a feedback inside the application to let the developers know that this is a feature that you would like to have!
to do so click on your avatar (on stadia.com or inside the app) and then in the setting scroll to the bottom to find the leave a feedback button
