Google has announced 120 games for 2020, so I believe that some Jump-and-Run games might come later to the platform. Best you can do for the moment is to leave feedback in the Stadia app and on stadia.google.com to make the developers aware that you would love such a game on the platform.
Some new games will also be shown in the Stadia connect on 14th July (more info here), so this might be a good idea then to watch it and find out if one of the games you enjoy will be presented.
