Hello there,
So, nobody talks about how this acquision might absolubly kill stadia opportunities, or even it's future ?
This is a bad news for the world of gaming today, and especially for stadia.
It is a good news for all Gamer - The Gamepass with the xbox is great and will be even better than. Google and stadia have another future - The Stadia Server will be the substructure to many Games, like Android - But Stadia himself is a lost thing since the closing of the Game-Studios.
This is unfortunate unless stadia makes some moves they are going to lose customers. I have heard reports that Microsoft are working on a streaming stick and direct WiFi controller, once this happens people will move across to where the AAA titles are available.
if one company buys another to prevent its products from reaching its competitors, it only makes us have fewer options in the market. And I think that Microsoft is more concerned with the entry of Google and Amazon in the market of games via Streaming, Phil has already said that these two companies today are its real competitors, and I think that these purchases have nothing to do with Sony and Nintendo , but a barrier to the growth of new competitors, and in terms of consumers we lose out.
Good to have options. It just cleared one question. I don't play COD anymore and am not going to if I have to subscribe $20 per month to play it
I'm not seeing it tbh. If anything the competition will lead to better things. Personally, I still wouldn't touch actiblizz with a 10ft pole.
