Hey does anybody know what is the maximum number of friends you can have on your friends list on stadia?
I think the limit was up around 200 or so but some threads on Reddit seem to indicate that may have changed. I haven't seen a published limit anywhere but I'll see if I can find out anything.

Not yet, I'm afraid. I'll keep digging.
I played Destiny 2 early on and ended up hitting some sort of bugged cap at 50-100. Not 100% sure if that's changed or not.
Add everyone and find out. I'm at 300 lol
