Not sure if this is a problem with my keyboard or stadia but I am leaning more towards stadia. My problem is in Destiny 2 for my 'tab','3','esc','f1' and 'e' key, these keys can becoming unresponsive and I have to spam the buttons to get them responsive again for a certain time, and all those keys are linked in their responsiveness. For example, when the tab key works the e key and all the rest of the keys will work, another thing to mention is when I get my esc key working and exit stadia, I have to press the buttons that were malfunctioning a few times to get them working again and after that they seem to be normal until I reopen stadia. One last test I did was check if a macro would function with those keys and they did perfectly fine, and the only extension I have is Stadia Enhanced but I do not believe that it causing the problem so I will do some more troubleshooting myself for a resolution.
That's all I have to say, I would just like an explanation on what the problem may be.
Definitely stadia is the issue, when I tab out and test my keys they are fine. One thing I have discovered is that when I am in a certain area (The Tower or HELM) my keys will be working fine, but when I launch an activity (This week's Nightfall) mid-way my keys malfunction so not sure if you can relate that to anything. Also changing my resolution did not change anything about the problem and using a wired connection didn't either. And my keyboard is not wireless since my device is a laptop.
Edit: I think I found the problem, Razor Cortex was active unknowingly and I think some drivers that were disabled messed up the keyboard somehow and currently my stadia gameplay is working completely fine after restoring those drivers.
Pretty easy to figure out. When you're having issues, alt-tab out of Stadia and try those buttons in notepad or something... switch back and forth. If it works outside of the game but not inside, you know it's an issue specific to the game or Chrome. Is the keyboard wireless, and your PC is also on WiFi? If so, find the highest resolution/bitrate video you can find to stream and then test your keyboard responsiveness while doing that - potentially WiFi is causing interference.
