Hi so I’ve been playing mortal kombat 11 on stadia for awhile now and never had any issues like this just yesterday I logged into mortal kombat at around 3:15 and saw that I had no coins souls hearts gear up tokens etc my overview data is inaccurate I can’t open the premium shop towers of time krypt online and AI battle I’ve tried restarting mortal kombat didn’t work I tried restarting my internet didn’t work tried restarting stadia didn’t work I emailed WB and they said it would be an issue with stadia I started a support chat with google they said to contact WB I emailed them again and again they said it’s an issue with stadia I just gave up then I've logged back in about 6 different times now and still the same thing it really sucks because I've spent at least $400 on dlc and add ons it would be very appreciated if someone could help me

@Mrdevlin007 I'm sorry to hear your experience. Getting bounced back and forth between two different support is definitely not a good experience.
Just curious, when did you start noticing the issue? And when you said inaccurate data, what exactly do you mean? Does it look like you're accessing someone else's account? Do you know if anyone else has access to your Stadia account?
All I can think right now is there's a temporary issue with the server that may be resolved eventually, but I can't really tell for sure since I'm not 100% understanding what happened to your data.
With the data it’s showing the wrong numbers for example I know from a screenshot I had 723 brutalities and now it’s saying 644 the rest of the numbers are wrong as well if that was the only issue I wouldn’t really care but the games unplayable
@Mrdevlin007 Looks like corrupted data and issue from the developer's end. Also @RXShorty already confirmed that he's also experiencing the same issue, so it's not just you. I don't have the game unfortunately so can't test. We'll keep you updated if we hear more.

I just started MK11 and having the same issue. As the game runs just fine it looks like it isn't a Stadia issue.
My guess there is something wrong with the MK11 servers. I will also create a ticket at the developers and will ask around with the other Stadia guides.

The same problem in Germany. No connection to the MK11 server is available. Only offline games are possible. All stats are at 0. This has been going on for 4 days now.
