Low quality and compression poor color palette in darkness scenes

When I see darkness scenes, sky or in the night gameplays I see a low quality in the color palette.

You can see an example of Destiny 2 here:

In some cases there's not a problem, but in the night scenes (for example in Red Dead Redemption 2) is unacceptable.

Someone who can also see this?

@TekoRaiK I've noticed a bit of that in Destiny, particularly when playing on my phone at low brightness (which I suppose is to be expected). Are you seeing this on Chrome and/or Chromecast? Does disabling HDR in the Stadia app have any effect on this?

The effect is more visible in chrome, but I can appreciate it in chromecast ultra too (it's a bit annoying sometimes). I tried to disable HDR and I still see the same effect.

@TekoRaiK Any change when adjusting the quality settings between Best Quality and Balanced?

@TekoRaiK Thanks for checking. I wonder why I haven't noticed this either on my Chromebook or Chromecast - though maybe I will now that I'm aware of you having the issue.

Please also be sure to report the experience directly via the in-app Send feedback option.

You can notice that issue when you look the night sky in Destiny 2 or Red Dead Redemption 2. I will inform through "Send Feedback" option. But I want to know if is a problem with my connection or there are other people with the same issue.

@TekoRaiK For what it's worth, it's not just you:

So yeah, sounds like it's likely due to the video compression being used. That seems like something that Google should be able to tweak as we go.

I noticed this. Rdr2 is acceptable on my 4k tv but the 1080p version looks like complete garbage. It's blurry as hell in the day and barely even playable at night. I had this ga e for xbox one s and it looks much much better. I really want rockstar or google or whoever to fix this
