Lost Words Beyond the Page sound issues?

Anyone having sound issues with Lost Words? the volume level is way too low, and sound is noisr and choppy. Anyone else having this issue? My daughter was very much looking forward to this game but sound quality needs to be fixed.

@Javier I've put about an hour or so into the game on my phone and didn't have any audio problems with my Bluetooth headset. How were you playing and what was your audio setup? Any issues with other games or just this one?

I not having this issue with Lost Words, but have a similar case with Destiny 2 on Chrome. I guess could be related with a connection issue specially with Wi-Fi. 

In other hand when I play Destiny 2 in Chromecast with Ethernet connection there is no sound issue but happen often in Wi-Fi.

Could you check you connection Speed in fast.com or verify if you Wi-Fi network is working as expected checking inside your router.
