I recently bought Red Dead Redemption 2 on Stadia to get the premier edition with that Black Friday deal. The issue is that my internet isn't good enough to run the game, it's constantly jittering and overall a bad experience.
I would just refund the game, but according to the terms of the free Stadia Premier, I would have to send mine back in. This is why I was wondering how I'd go about replacing it with a game of equal value, so I wouldn't have to go through the hassle of mailing my Premier Edition in and getting a new one sent to me. Does anyone have any advice on how I'd go about this?
Hi @PlantRulx
Sorry to hear you are having issues.
What kind of connecting are you using? Are you using WiFi 2.4GHz or 5GH? Trying to resolve your issue.
The refund process can be found here:
You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if there is less than 2 hours of play time across all accounts (family and personal). Games may only be returned one time, so if you return a purchased game for a refund and subsequently re-purchase it, you will not be entitled to a refund. This refund is only available for purchased games, and not for add-on content or services.

Contact Support. But if your internet is having issues running game X on Stadia, it won't run game Y either.
Have you tried to establish the problem with your connection?
Hello @PlantRulx,
About your refund, I don't think it's possible to both "replace" RDR2 by another game AND keep the controller. But I'm not sure.
As you should have noticed everyone here will always try to help you, in that case with your network.
There is many things to do and it doesn't cost anything to give a try. ![]()
Could you please do this speedtest and give us the results ?
