(Désolé, j'espère que vous comprenez l'anglais, car mon français est un peu "rouillé".)

sorry to read that your founder's edition didn't arrive. Some founders got the problem that their founders edition got cancelled, so I wonder if this was happening in your case too.

I would recommend you to do the following:

  • Check on pay.google.com if your payment for the founder's edition went through.
  • Check your emails on mail.google.com (and also the trash and spam-folder) if you have received an email regarding your founder's edition, e.g. that you have to update your payment method or similar.
  • Check on store.google.com if your order has already been shipped and if it can be seen in "orders" when you click on your profile in the top right corner.
  • Contact the Google Store-Team to figure out the issue and also steps what you can do now. If your founder's edition got accidently cancelled by the Google-system, you might be able to purchase a new founder's edition, but that team can help you out with it how to do so.

Il semble qu'il y ait quelques ratés dans la livraison des packs Stadia, ta commande est peut-être bugée, désolé que ça tombe sur toi.

Comme te l'a indiqué @Chufu le mieux est de prendre contact avec le service client pour leur demander d'y jeter un oeil.
