When I look at the DLC it says "Shared by family", however, when I play Little Nightmares 2 the DLC does not run. Can someone from the Stadia team provide clarity on if DLC content is available via family share, because the Stadia app is telling me it is shared.
Hi @Kora DLC is considered add-ons and will not be eligible for family share, according to the help center below
https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9810862
Can you post the screenshot where it says it can be shared?
"You cannot share subscriptions or some add-on content, such as in-game currency." This statement points more to cosmetics, in game currency and such. Not actual game play content. Further, some DLC's do share in your family group. The Orc's Must Die and ESO DLC comes to mind. It would really be nice if Stadia could clean up the message to make it clear.
Here is a link to the image, showing that the LN2 DLC is shared with family.

The image clearly states "shared by family"
@Kora I do agree it's very confusing in this case. The explanation on help center is quite vague as well, so I'm not quite sure what's going on. Let me escalate this and I'll let you know if I find more info.
Hi @Kora, thanks for posting this, and thank you to @Ivan for being so helpful thus far.
This looks like a case where both accounts in the family group have claimed the base title as part of being a Stadia Pro member. Is this the case? There are likely two scenarios, but I need confirmation to narrow it down. Thanks!
Thanks @ChrisFromGoogle @Ivan for taking a look at this.
Hi again @Kora -- take another look at my question and let us know what your situation is.
Hey @ChrisFromGoogle ~ Somehow I missed the question. Yes, my cousin and I both have clamed the game with our Pro accounts and I bought the DLC, which he can not access. My daughter, however, can access the DLC from her account, likely because she is not a Pro subscriber?
Hi @Kora -- another question for you. Has your cousin, the one who is experiencing the lockout from the DLC, also enabled sharing on their account? In this case, I believe that is what needs to happen before they are allowed to play. Give that a shot and let me know how it goes.
This is the text from the pop up message he gets when trying to enable sharing on that Little Nightmares 2
