Lack of details and roadmap will not work any longer

One of Stadia's biggest promise was cloud native experiences. But with SGE winding down, that is a long shot

Hey but there are good third party games , one might say. But in all honesty , here is the state of some third party games on Stadia

1. AC Unity/ AC Syndicate - 6 year old games running at 30fps

2. AC Origins on Stadia-  has low quality textures, regardless of resolution (Checkout Bayek's arm marking across platforms to see it easily)

3. Hitman 3 despite being 60 fps has lower quality assets

4. Fallen order is 60fps, again lower quality compared to other consoles

And no news on ray tracing.

If Stadia were a third-party only service, the quality comparisons, with other versions of the same game, for people into buy in

since there is no first-party titles.

So vital questions the Stadia team needs to answer for gamers are

1. When is Gen 2 coming?? How soon can it come

2. Will the third-party game quality be addressed?? Since this is a third party only system now.

Agreed Stadia's saves buying hardware and disk space, but we pay for that with need of internet with good bandwidth , even without getting into data caps.

to get 4K res for a single player game

PS5 /Xbox cost - $500 + game (ASsuming cycle of 5 years) per year $100

With Stadia - $10*12 per year $120

Stadia team needs to address these concerns asap, details on country roll outs is due. Bit rate of 1080p stream is sub par then there is data cap

Without transparency, it is becoming harder, to stick with the platform

I do love it. But Founders and gamers in general are atleast worth more transparency than we are currently getting

I really appreciate all Chris and Grace have done for the community. I just do not want the wonderful technology that is more environment friendly and efficient way to play games, be let down by not focusing on gamer needs.

Every time there is a positive trend, something or Someone from Google, pulls it back even lower than before

1. Good Stuff event followed by Mr. Alex's comment

2. Now Cyberpunk followed by SGE winding down.

I hope Stadia Team understands, this is not how a product gains traction.

Announcing SGE winding down without any future commitments, is plain not helping us . And it is impossible to shake the fear of the service being shutdown or not expanded upon in the future.
