Lack of ANY information has made me cancel Stadia.

I have now stopped paying for Pro and am advising all my friends to steer clear of Stadia. You never share any info or interact with your customer base. You never attend ANY gaming events even though you hype them up through your Twitter feed. No one knows of your plans for tech upgrades, if you even have any. You treat your customers with utter contempt and I’ve had enough. The ‘Stadia Team’ are an utter joke especially after the ‘12 Days of Stadia’ let down. I’ve been patient enough. It’s obvious that Google doesn’t care about Stadia so why should your customers? I know I won’t get an official answer.

Sorry to hear you feel this way. Some things sure can be done better. 
I enjoy playing on Stadia but I am a "casual gamer" and don't follow any gaming events etc.

Maybe things will change in a positive way so you can enjoy Stadia again in the future. :smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:

They won’t change. Two years I’ve put up with this. We never have any interaction with ANY Stadia employees and even the GM Phil Harrison attended the Game Awards and couldn’t be bothered to mention Stadia. They have no intention of changing as you’ll see when no mention of the survey will ever be made again. I’ll invest my money in a company that actually TALKS to its customer base. A small blog whenever the Stadia intern can be bothered to post one is NOT communication.
