Just tried GeForce now

I just tried Geforce now and, there are some interesting take away :

OK, I played Destiny 2 because I did not want to buy a game. I used the free version... Sure I had to wait like 7 minutes but hey, free...

So :

- Graphically : Stadia kills it, Destiny 2 is way better on Stadia but I did use the free tier on GeForce so I did not have the RTX so, can not really compare

- Responsiveness : Equal, both very responsive

- Stuttering : I had less stuttering on Geforce now than Stadia on chrome but I still had some on GeForce

- Convenience : Stadia.. I mean to get a game on GeForce now takes more steps than Stadia where you just click play. Also the app, Steam on mobile... Yak, and I can not go like 4 meters away from my router on GeForce now while on Stadia I even can change room and play on 2,4ghz network and can play on TV.

- Potential : Both have a huge potential, it might become like console, who has the best games.

- I did play Xcloud (before ordering Stadia) and in my opinion is far behind both, the latency is very big and the connection not stable at all

That being said, Geforce now I believe is less stuttering because they use a special optimized app on PC/Mac while Stadia is on chrome. While I understand their philosophy (you do not have to download anything at all), maybe Google can update the chrome app to integrate a stadia mode, or an extension that will enable a stadia mode.

Now I really believe google should be more agressive on getting new users because the service just works. Too many people are being turned away by those haters fanboy who never used Stadia but just hate because it is Google.

Sounds like your experience was way better than mine when I tried it a few weeks ago.  I’ll give it a try again and see if it feels better.

Kudos appreciated if deserved.
