I'm going to become a Stadia player probably soon, but a lot of people say it's bad? Is it really that bad? They say it lags a lot, I've seen evidence of that, and I agree. But other than that, I really don't see the problem with it. Once again, I've NEVER played on Stadia, so I'm just assuming that there aren't any other BIG, common problems. Especially from a company like Google, one of the richest.
Hi @JackFS18
Welcome to Stadia community. Stadia isn't bad at all but it does really depend on your internet connection at home. Stadia is my main game platform right now and enjoy it alot.
There all kind of solutions to most of the problems. But please try Stadia for free with Stadia Pro or just start one of the free to play games like Destiny 2.
So try and enjoy Stadia! If you are having any issues we can try help you out! ![]()
Stadia is my main platform too. You should try giving a shot and judge yourself. Mostly is depending on your connection. On my side is working like a dream with very small issues. Overall cost/benefits is on the positive for me, expecially loading times and the possibility to just fire a game in a sec. There's a lot of bad press around I frankly think is unjustified.
Stadia to me runs amazing.
They either mean that cloud gaming, due to current internet technology and its limits, is not offering them near zero latency, or near instant response.
Or they mean that stadia does not have the game(s) they want to play.
Stadia has faster response compared to other cloud services in my experience. Cloud gaming does always have delay. But it does depend on your internet and location. Best way to know is to simply try it out. A free to play game maybe.
Stadia has always worked for me, never had an issue with it, since release.
