Invite Code/Email not received.

Received my premiere edition today but I'm yet to receive my invite code/email. Don't know why - spoke to someone in support and he couldn't work out out either, trying to send the code/email twice but no dice. Can you help? I have the query no if you need/it helps. Thanks

hey @Poundcake and @PeterH8033, if you haven't received your code by now, but you have received your hardware, just do as @sushi1735 suggested and contact Stadia support. With the serial-number and order-number they should be able to provide you a code (friends of mine did that already successfully).

I'm in the same situation. When I ordered, I received store email saying my order was accepted. I received shipment. I use still use the original order email from Google to track status. But I never received an email saying it was shipped, never received an invite code email. Now, I submitted a return request. The page shows the RMA # and says to use the information in the return email. BUT THERE IS NO RETURN EMAIL! All I can do is protest this with the credit card company. I hope I used a credit card and not my debit card. Extremely frustrating !!!!!

I searched and searched when it first arrived.  All I could find was a support saying all invite codes were sent out.  There was not a clear support channel.  Only yesterday did I easily discover the CHAT support.  But that was after we started the RMA process.  ... BUT ... the return email (labels, instructions) was never delivered.  I'm actually glad I'm returning it now.  I'd rather not spend money for games on a system that can't send me emails with information about my account.

When I finally got mine, it was actually in my TRASH! I would have thought an email from Google to my Gmail account would find it's way into my inbox however that's not the case. All said and done I've activated Stadia Pro and I'm having a blast! I just wish that the system generated numbers after my gamertag weren't there because I've paid for my account name so why should annoying be allowed to share it with me???
