I feel the inactivity timeout for stadia is really short. While playing, I had to take care of some brief things, to return and find myself kick out. This was as expected, but in this specific sitauation when I got back into the game I found myself reset back about an hours worth of gameplay that I would now have to repeat. I know state save could be a potential solution to this, and I understand why this timeout exists, but I feel it is really short.
It's about 15 minutes fafaik, which is reasonable in my opinion. If you gotta do some work stuff, be sure to save your game. It's not super economical to have a game taking up a full rig for someone that's not playing for a while.

This is a resonable response, however there are many games now days that do not feature a traditional manual save feature. In the situation I refer to, I was saved, but was rolled back to that save point which I had to repeat. What this comes down to is I now second guess whether to buy a game on Stadia vs another platform to avoid running in to this. So while I understand the need to free up resources on Google Infrastructure, this is costing Stadia $$$.
