Im in canada and have had youtube premium

Hey I've had youtube premium for a few months now and it ends in December. It says my youtube premium account is not eligible. I have youtube premium

Is your youtube premium on a free trial?  If so, I believe that may be the issue.

Same problem in Germany. 

I was a paying member the month before and still have a premium Account. 

I hope someone can help.
